It wasn't that easy to forget about your past. It was hard for me and it was horror I tell you. I loss weight, I get pissed easily even it was small matters (kesian sapa2 yang kene marah tue..heee..i'm sorry :D), my stress level starting to built-up and I became serabut as always. I think too much but I kept everything to myself. I broke down a lil bit/sometimes BUT that was a few months back. My stress level is OK now..you know why? because every time I feel stress..this are things that I usually do (tak la buat selalu but if rasa nak buat..buat la)
1) Go to the saloon. It's either I cut/trim my hair or I just pampered myself by wash & blow dry it. It feels good you know :). At that point you'll feel fresh and all the stress slowly fly away :) and you know you will extra pretty later on haha :p
2) I love to shop alone. So I'll go to a mall just to kill my time. Even if I tak rasa nak beli anything, I'll just go for a window shopping. Shopping mall makes me go 'gu gu ga ga' :p with all the clothe hanging on the racks, those SALE sign (if its on sale), pretty pretty shoes and for sure must look for cute boys (haha..no! i main2 jer :D) but be careful with how much you spend..nanti duit habis baru tau..haaa :p because no one is stopping you from buying anything at this point. It is up to you to manage your own money. hahaah (tak laa..i tak boros ok! haha :p)
3) Go lepak starbucks alone. Ini memang terbaik. I memang suka gila. I have no idea why but I memang boleh lepak order frapuccino and duduk online sorang2. Sebab I rasa I just need some time to be alone or is it sebab I memang suka buat kerja sorang2 hmm..
4) Listen to hardcore songs. Please la jangan dengar lagu sedih-sedih nanti tak ke mana pun sedih tue. Dia maintain jer dalam otak tue sebab dia nak suruh kite berfikir hehe. No, seriously kalau stress dengar la lagu2 rancak sikit baru la hidup kita happy :).
5) Eat!!!..food food and more food. I akan pergi makan ape yang tengah ada dalam kepala otak nie. Urghh! bestnye. Enjoy your food and don't forget to ajak someone to go with you :). Tak best la pergi makan tapi makan sorang2. If ada orang teman kita, kita boleh borak-borak with her/him.
6) I cry!. Yer, tak tipu. I akan nangis jap kalau I stress sebab I think that is one of the ways to heal your stress-ness huehuehue :p tapi takde la menangis meraung tue. Menangis emotional slow slow sudeyy hehe :)
I think that's about it. I don't sleep when I'm stress because it makes me think of the problems :). So how about you guys? What did you do when you're stress??

jamming and main guitar also helps. and marathon of tv episodes!

you should try pegi starbucks sorang2 memang best. even if u tgh free and bosan xde nak buat anything pun best jugak if nak pegi :)

1. self pamper. potong rambut, do nails, scrub satu badan!
2. nyanyi depan orang. puas hati.
3. bake. draw.
4. learn to nice new tunes. betul. tak gune dengar lagu sedih. why would anyone feed sadness (what ive learned).
5. lepak sorang2. MEMANG terbaik. cofee sorang2. online sorang2. no outside influences.
6. find new things that inspire.
7. pay with kids. it can be therapeutic :)
8. get dresses go out and make guys look twice. count the times. HAHAHA lame but WORKS.
just on time. i baru nak buat list of what to do when you feel shitty on my blog lol :) <3
